As a service to our church and our community, WCC facilities may be utilized for private events such as small parties, showers, picnics, etc. Scroll down for reservation forms
Reservations are final; no refunds or rescheduling for bad weather, conflicts, etc.
Private recreational use only; no alcohol, no fundraisers, no fees or ticked events, no products being sold, no public invite events such as concerts, vendor fairs, etc. [See policy for weddings]
$40 per day [Saturday has 2 options for a total of $80]; Payment is required at time of reservation and must be submitted online
Reservations requiring access to ceiling lights, ceiling fans, folding tables, folding chairs, indoor restrooms, etc. must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event. There are automatic security lights on all sides of the building which provide adequate lighting, so you may not need to request access to ceiling lights.
Active members of WCC [must have formally placed membership] receive a 50% discount on all fees; WCC Life Groups may receive two free reservations per year; Contact WCC office for discount codes
Forms further than 6 months out may not be able to be confirmed until 6 months before date requested
